Local, Confidential, Personalized Services
Our staff are NH residents whom are not only involved in their own communities but with state and local organizations whose services are focused on seniors. We are able to provide a variety of local resources for those who need help outside of our placement services.
Dawn established “Opening New Doors” in 2010. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and Business Management and a national certification as a Certified Senior Advisor© and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. In addition to her background as a Mental Health Outreach Counselor, her CSA designation demonstrates her expertise specific to senior care issues and the dynamics of working with aging seniors. She is actively involved in senior care focus groups and local and state level committees who focus on the delivery of services to seniors and caregivers.
Dawn has gained the respect and trust of her clients and colleagues in providing services and recommendations based on what a client needs and not how it will affect the “bottom line”. She is passionate about easing the frustration families and their loved ones face in finding care and as a result has many clients have become lasting friends long after placements have been made.
Lorraine has a diverse range of experience and education in healthcare planning and administration, and has focused on improving the quality of life for older adults for over 15 years. She holds a Master of Public Administration, Health Policy Planning and Administration from New York University.
Lorraine has spent the last 10 years working with older adults and their families as a Resource Coordinator. She provides early intervention, service coordination, advocacy and a variety of programs and services designed to promote optimal independence, wellness and dignity for residents.
Lorraine enjoys and is devoted to connecting with seniors and their families. She is a compassionate professional who practices a proactive team approach to meet the complex demands and responsibilities of caring for your loved one. Opening New Doors is glad to use Lorraine as a resource for aging adults in the Souhegan Valley who wish to remain at home with services.
